Over the festive period the NIFCA office will be open on Christmas Eve, Thursday 27^th December and Friday 28^th December from 9am until 12 noon on each of those days. The office will reopen as normal at 9am on Wednesday 2^nd January.

Defra have confirmed the making of the amendment to NIFCA byelaw 7 permitting fishing with mobile gear in specified areas only in the English Section of the Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast Special Area of Conservation (SAC) – see the byelaw HERE
