Notice of seized fishing gear
At 09.30 on the 21st of May 2020 Inshore Fisheries Officers seized a Beach net set on Lyne Sands, under section 264 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
This net was set in contravention of NIFCA byelaw 6. Fixed Engines in waters that are less than 7 metres in depth during the period 26th March to 31st October.
