AMENDMENT TO BYELAW 7

BYELAW 7: Prohibition of the use of Mobile Fishing Gear within the English section of the Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast Special Area of Conservation (SAC)

Opening of soft grounds:

Defra have confirmed the making of the amendment to NIFCA byelaw 7 permitting fishing with mobile gear in specified areas only in the English Section of the Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast Special Area of Conservation (SAC) – see the byelaw HERE
